 A Message For Our Visitors

The Eclectic Church is a religious movement that is developing a theology which is harmonious with the modern world. In the true sense of the word, the concept of a universal (CATHOLIC) Religious ideology is realized. We seek the Inspiration of God from a wide variety of sources and many religious ideals, combining them to create a relevant religious message for our times.

Please note: we do not solicit nor accept monetary donations of any sort.  Instead, we ask that you might contribute such potential contributions to a worthy cause or a needy person citing the Eclectic Church as you impetus for doing so.  May your faith bring you peace whatever it may be! 

  OUR PRIMARY GOAL 

We are committed to spreading a universal and practical message contained in all the inspirations from God to mankind, and to present a renewed Image of God that is relevant to this millennia; striving to encourage people to find the Divine Spark that is housed in all of us!

  OUR PREMISE

God delivered  universal messages to mankind through a variety of inspirations, according to one's ability to relate and understand them. These inspirations are not God's edicts, but rather, symbolic insight to attain fulfillment with one's life, discovering its purpose at an individual level.

OUR METHOD

The interpretation of sacred myths, beliefs, and sacred scriptures --- looking for a common message --- looking for its relevance to our age, and seeking in those messages  the reality of the Creator within His/Her creation.

In the tradition of Plato, Buddha, Jesus, Mohammed, we seek to awaken the love, compassion and social responsibility of humankind. The Inspiration of God (from scripture and myth through the ages; from the early ages of man to our own Native American cultures) has been one of love, tolerance, diversity, and personal social responsibility in accordance with one's abilities.   Our guidelines come from the minds of men like C.G.Jung, Blake, Paul Tillich, Tolstoy; and all those brave philosophers, historians, psychologists, theologians, and greats of literature who seen the need for men to change their hearts
